Joe was born Joseph Anthony Derise Jr. on December 4th in the Year of the Cock in New York City.
Surrounded by music all his life, he's played bass and guitar for many south Florida bands,
touring nationally and sharing bills with many top acts.
The project got it's name from a Chris Isaak song off his 1989 album "Heart Shaped World".
